on tuesday night i went for LOUD it was fun but at the night i can sleep!!and i only get to slp 2 HR and the next day i wake up at 0730 aww and we play some game and one of my CG member did a sabo!!! cas she lost thegame for 3 time!!!and i try not to lost hahas i only lose one time!!!
at the camp fire time our team cheer as loud as possible!!!
because .....it called LOUD camp mah....
and while the camp fire is ending soon poilce come.....
because got ppl complain and ppl think tat we are fighting...
LOL the presome nothing better to do ...
and i went home with kayven , aini
and i was after they get down the train i am still SLEEPING
and i took the train all the way to joo koon station!!!
and there is no more train to boon lay so theres a uncle see me so bring me back
to boon lay hais....
TODAY
it my training daze so i went down to the SRJC to train with my senior
today onl have 5 sec 1 it 1/4 over the sec 1
i lead the warm up
and same training but coach ask us to run a 5km run so i follow behide...
then i started to get faster and faster and running with sean and shawn but behide 50M and away from the SRJC ppl and the sec 1
then senior all get faster and hongliang catch up...
and ended upgoing the wronge ways but hao rou say we run the faster way
emm not bad today for me when shawn and hongliang reach i was just 100m way from
them!!and samule is just 50m away behide me:)
and i think tat i maybe have improve :}
every just went better if i train more i can maybe catch up with them:P
